Overall Goals

Day-Of Coordination

  • Finalize and distribute a comprehensive wedding day timeline

  • Lead & oversee ceremony/reception set-up and décor placement

  • Act as the liaison between vendors, venue staff, and the wedding party

  • Keep events on schedule (ceremony, photos, dinner, speeches, first dance, etc.)

  • Manage deliveries (florals, cake, rentals) and confirm correct set-up

  • Organize wedding party lineup for processional & recessional

  • Cue music, officiant, photographers, and other vendors for key moments

  • Handle last-minute problems (weather, spills, late arrivals, missing items)

  • Collect personal items, gifts, and keepsakes at the end of the night

  • Ensure vendor payments/gratuities are distributed as planned

  • Oversee breakdown and clean-up so the couple can leave worry-free

also known as “month-of management”

  • finalize and refine your wedding day timeline so everything flows like a dream

  • coordinate your wedding party so everyone knows where to be and when

  • seamlessly transition your day from ceremony → cocktail hour → reception

  • lead décor setup and oversee breakdown

  • be your go-to point of contact so you’re not answering texts or calls on your wedding day

  • manage all vendor communication and coordination (I speak fluent vendor)

  • keep the entire day on schedule without making it feel rushed

  • 2 virtual planning meetings to get everything dialed in

  • 1 venue walkthrough to map everything out like a pro (includes 1 hour of 1-way travel)

  • unlimited communication via email (because questions will come up)

  • ensure final vendor payments or gratuity are handled smoothly and correctly

  • give you access to my planning tools & checklists if you want to feel extra organized

  • facilitate your rehearsal (includes 30 minutes of 1-way travel) so everyone walks in like they’ve practiced (because they have)

“THE WORKS” DAY-OF COORDINATION $2,200

everything from Day-Of Coordination, but elevated:

  • two coordinators = double the support, double the efficiency, and zero missed details (because one of me is great… but two of us? unstoppable!)

  • one of us stays with you, the other runs the behind-the-scenes magic

  • simultaneous ceremony + reception setup handled seamlessly

  • extra hands for wedding party guidance, guest questions, and timeline flow

  • ideal for larger weddings, multiple locations, or detail-heavy setups

WEDDING WEEKEND COORDINATION $2,750

for weddings that are more than a one-day affair:

  • Friday thru Sunday travel coverage with coordination services Friday + Saturday

  • Day 1: Up to 3 hours of prep, setup, and wedding-related support

  • Day 1: Up to 1 hour for your ceremony rehearsal run-through

  • Day 2: 10 hours of wedding-day coordination

  • Day 3: Travel home (no scheduled coordination hours)

  • Up to 6 total hours of travel included

  • All standard Day-of Coordination services included

  • Couple provides accommodations for Friday + Saturday nights

  • Couple provides at least one meal per day
