  • Schedule and attend meetings, tastings, and walkthroughs

  • Guide overall design: color palette, décor, rentals, signage, floral concepts

  • Create floor plans and seating layouts for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

  • Track RSVPs, meal choices, and special requests (if applicable)

  • Confirm final headcounts, vendor details, and timing in the week before

Day-Of Coordination

  • Finalize and distribute a comprehensive wedding day timeline

  • Oversee ceremony/reception set-up and décor placement

  • Act as the liaison between vendors, venue staff, and the wedding party

  • Keep events on schedule (ceremony, photos, dinner, speeches, first dance, etc.)

  • Manage deliveries (florals, cake, rentals) and confirm correct set-up

  • Organize wedding party lineup for processional & recessional

  • Cue music, officiant, photographers, and other vendors for key moments

  • Handle last-minute problems (weather, spills, late arrivals, missing items)

  • Collect personal items, gifts, and keepsakes at the end of the night

  • Ensure vendor payments/gratuities are distributed as planned

  • Oversee breakdown and clean-up so the couple can leave worry-free
